Refunds, Returns & Exchange Policy

Refund & Returns :

We do not offer returns or refunds at this time —All sales are final.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are available for items that arrive damaged in the shipment process the same day of the item being delivered.

​

To request an exchange for a damaged item:

  • Please email us at FERDAZUR.CO@GMAIL.COM with a clear photo of the damage.

  • Once the damage is verified and approved, we will gladly issue an exchange.

​

You may select a replacement item of equal value to your original purchase. If you choose an item of greater value, you will have the option to pay the difference, and the new item will be shipped to you.

At FER D’AZUR, we welcome collaborations with stylists, editors and creatives who wish to feature our handcrafted pieces for editorial, press and publication.

All orders are individually made and processed in the order they are received. Please allow a standard 4-7 business days before shipment.

Domestic orders (U.S):

  • Ship via UPS

  • Complimentary shipping included on all U.S orders

  • Estimated delivery 4-7 business days.

International Orders:

  • Shipped via UPS international

  • Estimated delivery 10-14 business days

  • International shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout

  • Please note: Any customer duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient .
