Domestic Shipping (USA) :
All U.S orders ship via UPS and include complimentary shipping with a tracking number provided upon dispatch.

International Shipping:
Yes, we offer international shipping. Please note: Shipping fees for international orders are not included and will be calculated at checkout. A tracking number will still be provided for all international shipments.

Return & Exchange Policy
Returns & Refunds:
We do NOT offer returns or refunds at this time. All sales are final.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are available only for items that arrive damaged during the shipping process.

To request an exchange for a damaged item:

Please email us at ferdazur.co@gmail.com with a clear photo of the damaged item the same day it is received.

Once the damage is verified and approved, we will gladly issue an exchange.

You may select a replacement item of equal value to your original purchase. If you choose an item of greater value, you will have the option to pay the difference, and the new item will be shipped to you.
